Rummy is fundamentally a matching-card game in which players form runs & sets using the cards that are dealt to them. Three or more consecutive cards of the same suit make up a "run," whereas three or four cards of the samtin patti alle rank but different suits make up a "set.". In order to be the first player to lay down all of their cards, the goal is to combine these cards into legitimate combinations. Although Rummy is simple, it has layers of complexity that can be explored as players gain more experience. This is what makes it so beautiful. Depending on the variant being played, the game usually uses one or more standard decks of cards and has two to six players.
